Sigma Olomouc v Everton
Preview: Everton takes, in what seems, an unsurmountable lead into this match with a first leg 4-0 scoreline at Goodison Park. Sigma can feel a little aggrieved with that result as they had solid claims for two penalties in the first half, when the score was still at 0-0. Anyway, the Olomouc camp have promised that they will give their more fancied opponents something to think about in the return leg. Everton can recall the services of Nigerian striker Yakubu, after making a successfull return in the reserves on Tuesday, scoring a goal and making an assist.
Verdict: The noises coming out of the Everton camp is that they are not taking anything for granted. I believe David Moyes has no choice but to choose a strong first 11 as he doesn't really have the depth to tinker too much. Everton's backline will ofcoarse be without Jolean Lescott, who finally signed for Man City earlier in the week. Olomouc created plenty of opportunities in England and with Everton's backline short on numbers, goals are to be expected. On the other side of the coin, Everton would like to win to boost morale in the camp after their torrid beginning to the Premiership season.
Pick: Over 2.5 goals @1.95 (Redbet, 6 units)
Olomouc 1 - 1 Everton
